All NOVYA orders are expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after they are successfully placed.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

NOVYA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Customer being unavailable to receive the order

  • Refusal to accept the package

If an order is returned to NOVYA because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in checking the status of your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged or faulty, please follow our Return & Exchange Policy and contact NOVYA within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant delivery information, where available.
